FAQ 'sWhat does your session fee cover?The session fee covers not only the time that we are together the day of your session but also the hours that are spent sorting, crop, correcting, and color enhancing your photographs. My work continues even after your no longer in front of the camera so you are left with the best possible version of those images!How far will you travel?I am based in Shelbyville, Ky. I will travel as far East as Lexington and as far West as Louisville. I will travel further but there will be travel expenses added to your session fee.What should I wear to my session?Each person is unique even in their clothing. Wear something you love! Trust me it will show through in your pictures. Try to find a cohesive nature to the outfits of all the people that are going to be in the pictures together. Be aware not only of colors but also of patterns. No plaids and polka dots unless that really is your unique style. What should I expect during my session?To have fun! And parents children are especially unpredictable when it comes to pictures, so if they seem to be acting difficult or absolutely refuse to give up their favorite toy during the pictures don't worry, your child is not the first and remember that it is just going to showcase exactly who they are. I will work hard to get the best pictures and if push comes to shove and you don't like the pictures we will try again. I want you to be 100% satisfied!What happens if there is bad weather on the day of my session?As soon as we realize there is no saving the session from the weather we will reschedule at no cost. How long until I get to see the images from my session?I try to have a few sneak peeks available on Facebook within 24-72 hours where you are welcome to tag yourself in them and even use them as your profile picture I only ask that you do not crop our logo out of them. The remainder of your images should be available within 14 days after your session.How long do I have to decide what digital images/prints I want?Your gallery will be available for 14 days. After 14 days if you need more time it will be a $10.00 charge to re-open the gallery. If you choose to have an in person viewing and ordering session then you will receive a tiered discount based on how much you order. That list is available upon request. What forms of payment do you accept?Payment for you session fee can be submitted as cash, check, or invoice through paypal where you can use debit or credit cards. Paypal invoices must be paid atleast 7 days prior to the session to ensure that it is fully processed before the session. Checks will be cashed and given time to process before the gallery is loaded. If your check is returned there will be a $25.00 returned check fee that must be paid additionally before your gallery will become available to you for ordering. Furthermore if you become a return cutomer you will be required to pay cash for all session fees on future appointments. Payments for prints and digital images are accepted in the form of debit and credit cards.When do I have to pay my session fee?Your session fee is due no later than the day of your session. If you are paying through a paypal invoice then your payment needs to be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the session date to ensure time for the payment to fully process.
